For adult baseball leagues
A box score for every game, without the Sunday-night data entry.
Over-30 and over-40 divisions, wood-bat Sunday leagues, men's senior leagues: whoever runs one ends up keeping the schedule, the scores and the standings for everybody.
LeagueBucket gives each game a line score and a lineup card, and each team a record and a page its players can find.
Every feature below works today, apart from the short list at the end. Items marked with a plan name are priced in that plan, and paid plans aren't on sale yet. Everything else is on the free plan.
Scoring the game
A line score, inning by inning
Enter each team's runs for each inning and the total adds itself up. A new game opens with 9 innings, you can add extras, and an inning left blank stays blank instead of turning into a zero.
The runs decide the result
Mark the game final and the higher total wins, with a level score counted as a tie. There's no separate win or loss to remember to pick, though you can still set one by hand.
Box scores on the public pages
The line score shows on the game's own page, the league's schedule and the page for the field it was played on, with hits and errors beside the runs if you keep them.
Standings by winning percentage
A new league ranks teams by winning percentage with games behind, the way a baseball table reads. A tie counts as half a win.
Your league's own pointsCommissioner plan
Rather rank by points? New leagues start at 2 for a win and 1 for a tie, and you can set your own numbers.
Forfeits, run rules and time limits
Record a forfeit and it gets your league's forfeit score. Set a run rule, a time limit and how many innings make an official game, and mark how each game ended. A suspended game waits out of the standings until it's finished.
PlayoffsCommissioner plan
End the season with a single-elimination bracket seeded from the standings, with byes for the top seeds when the field isn't a full bracket. Winners move on as you enter scores, the higher seed is at home, and the winner of the final is the champion.
Follow a game in progress
Save innings as the game goes and the schedule shows the running score, plus the inning you're in, like Top 5th or Bot 3rd, when you set it.
Lineups and the schedule
A lineup card for every game
Batting order, positions and substitutions, with the inning each sub came in. Positions include the designated hitter, and extra hitters for leagues that bat more than nine. The card shows on the game's public page, and each new game starts from the team's last lineup, so most weeks it's a couple of changes.
Rainouts
Cancel or postpone a game and it stays out of the standings until it's played. Anyone subscribed to the schedule sees it marked cancelled in their calendar rather than quietly disappearing.
The standings
Ties broken the baseball way
Out of the box a tie goes to head-to-head record, then head-to-head run differential, then overall run differential, then fewest runs allowed, then a coin flip you record. Fewest forfeits comes first once forfeits can be recorded. Differential counts at most 10 runs from any one game.
Your rules, if they differ
Reorder the tiebreakers or change the run cap in Settings, and the table says which rule placed each tied team.
What every league gets
Game reminders that send themselves
Everyone with an email on file hears about each game ahead of time: who, when and where. Nobody has to remember to send it.
One message to the whole league
Email the whole league or one team from one screen. Game reminders don't count toward the free plan's 50 messages a month.
Pages anyone can read
The league, every team and every player get a public page. No app to install and no account needed to look.
The schedule in their own calendar
Players can subscribe to their team's games from their phone's calendar. Move or cancel a game and the change shows up there the next time the calendar checks.
Ties settled by a rule you can see
Pick the order of tiebreakers once, before anyone knows who they help. The standings say which rule placed each tied team.
Start from the spreadsheet you have
Import teams, players and rosters from a .csv or .xlsx file instead of typing them in again.
DivisionsCommissioner plan
Split the league into divisions, each with its own standings.
Next season in a few clicksCommissioner plan
Start a new season with last season's divisions and each team's players already in place.
Your data, whenever you want it
Download everything as CSV or JSON, on every plan, without asking anyone.
